Flight training Five hour block

To reduce training cost, you can prepay a five hour block of training time for $650, which works out to $130 per hour. This saves the student $30 per hour over the standard hourly rate. The price includes the aircraft, fuel, and FAA Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI).

Light Sport Aircraft such as N-numbered trikes can be flown with a Sport Pilot certificate or a private pilot certificate with a weight shift sign off. It takes about 15 hours of dual instruction, plus 5 hours solo flight time to get your Sport Pilot license, which will then allow you to fly up to 10,000 feet, up to 120 knots, and carry passengers.

Our CFI's have Sport Pilot priveleges in Weight Shift Control Sea and Weight Shift Control Land. We can quickly have you flying from the land and the water and can train you for your Sport Pilot or Private Pilot certificate (license).
